Hello Richard:

I see you are well versed in PlusDeck matters. I bought one of these units a couple of year ago...maybe even three. I finally decided to install it in my newer XP. It plays the cassettes, I hear the sound, it even seems to record, but when it's done, I get an error message stating that it cannot read this format...totally weird, because the unit did the recording! I should also tell you that I have two cables left over. I will print out some of the previous answers that could prove helpful. I don't remember how I had it hooked up. I'll have to find the time to pull the computer out for a look. If it's not a simple fix, I may opt to just buy another conversion system of some kind. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

I have been an avid user of e-sword since version 6. And it is by far the best Bible Software I have found. I is very eacy to use and search. One great features is when I click on a verse every dictionary or commentary that has a reference to that verse is marked with a blue "i".
The Topic editor can be hard to format at times but all in all it gets the job done. I use it for all my sermons and study notes. Just remember it is not the word processor that MS Word is.

I'd like to know if the software for this unit is able to find the song names/titles or do I have to manually put them in?

If I'm working with two separate clips of music, is there a way to sync the tempos on both pieces so they'll both be at the same speed? Does Audacity indicate in numbers the tempo speed you're working with? For example, 120 bpm (beats per minute). Thanks.
